Zarząd MLP Group S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że dnia 25 czerwca 2015 r. Rada Nadzorcza Spółki powołała :

• Pana Michaela Shapiro na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu Spółki na kolejną kadencję
• Pana Radosława T. Krochtę na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Spółki na kolejną kadencję
• Pana Tomasza Zabost na stanowisko Członka Zarządu Spółki na kolejną kadencję

Życiorysy wyżej wymienionych osób były zawarte w prospekcie emisyjnym oraz w poprzednich raportach bieżących.

The Management Board of MLP Group S.A. (“Company”) notifies that on 25 June 2015 the Company’s Supervisory Board appointed:

• Mr. Michael Shapiro as President of the Company Management Board for the next term of office
• Mr. Radosław T. Krochta as Vice-President of the Company Management Board for the next term of office
• Mr. Tomasz Zabost as Member of the Company’s Management Board for the next term of office
