Krysiak Sp. z o.o. has signed a contract with MLP Group to extend the lease of space at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre for the upcoming years. The gardening equipment producer now occupies a total area of around 3,800 sqm, comprising just over 3,700 sqm of warehouse space and more than 70 sqm of office space. It has leased space from MLP Group for more than three years, having moved into the new MLP Poznań West facility in early 2020. Both in the initial transaction and now, in connection with the lease renewal, the company was represented by Sawitar Estate Broker.
Krysiak has been present on the Polish market for more than 30 years, marketing and distributing gardening machinery and equipment under its proprietary brands, including Faworyt, Lider, Handy and 4garden. Its product range also includes equipment sourced from a number of reputable European manufacturers. It provides a selection of tools for individuals engaged in gardening, tree pruning, and landscaping, whether professionally or as a hobby.
“Our MLP Poznań West logistics centre in its present form proudly maintains a near-complete occupancy of its available space, which significantly limits the possibility of executing any new lease contracts. Consequently, tenants who joined us at the inception of this park’s operations now benefit from the privilege of contract extensions. The recent transaction with Krysiak serves as confirmation that our customers deeply value the superior standard and exceptional location of our logistics centre. The facilities have been built in accordance with the principles of sustainability and are BREEAM certified, in line with our standard practice. We install solar PV panels on the rooftops of our warehouses, and the park premises feature bicycle shelters, electric vehicle charging stations, and insect hotels. All this ensures that our tenants experience unparalleled comfort while making use of the space we provide,” emphasised Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.

MLP Poznań West is a state-of-the-art distribution centre conveniently located on the western side of Poznań, at the S11 expressway and only 7 km from the A2 motorway and S11 junction. The target tenant group includes primarily e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light industrial manufacturing companies. Ultimately, it will offer more than 180,000 sqm of cutting-edge warehouse and office space. Selected buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification.
