Radosław T. Krochta
CEO & President of the Management Board
Radosław T. Krochta joined MLP Group S.A in 2010. He has got many years of experience in work for financial sector in Poland, Europe, and the US. Between 2001-2004, he held the position of CFO at Dresdner Bank Polska S.A. He was also Director of the Department of Strategic Consulting at Deloitte Advisory, and prior to that he worked as manager at PWC in Poland and US. He graduated (in Finance) from Management and Banking College in Poznań. In 2003, received an MBA from Nottingham University.

Michael Shapiro
Vice President of the Management Board
Between 1995-2016, Michael Shapiro was President of the Management Board of the MLP Group. Since June 2016, he is Vice President of the Management Board. He has got over 30 years of experience in implementing projects in the real estate sector. Between 1975-2000, he held the position of Director General and was responsible for managing companies of Miro Engineering Ltd and S.M. Shapiro Engineers Ltd. He is a graduate of Management and Industrial Engineering at the Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.

Monika Dobosz
Member of the Management Board
Ms Monika Dobosz has over 20 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, out of which 14 years’ experience in the real estate sector. She joined MLP Group in 2009 as a Head of Financial Reporting. In 2014 she was appointed for post of Finance Director. In this role she is responsible for the financial reporting, managing the budgeting process for capital group and its subsidiaries, arranging new sources of finance for the Group investments and supervising the accounting, controlling and reporting teams. Prior to MLP Group she worked at Fadesa Polnord Polska Sp. z o.o., Parker Hannifin Sp. z o.o., as a Deputy Chief Accountant. She is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics in field of Banking and Warsaw Schools of Economics in field of Financial Reporting.

Agnieszka Góźdź
Member of the Management Board
Agnieszka Góźdź is responsible for the new leasing businesses and land development in Poland. She also suppports MLP Group’s new market entry in Europe and development. She joined the MLP Group team seven years ago. She has 16 years of experience in leasing commercial space. Before joining the MLP Group, she worked as an expert for the leading real estate consultancy firms, among others: Cushman & Wakefield, CA IMMO Real Estate Management Poland, AXI IMMO GROUP, King Sturge. She is a graduate of the Private College of Business and Administration in Warsaw. She has also completed a post-graduate course in commercial property management at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Martin Birkert
Country Manager Germany
Martin Birkert as Country Manager supports MLP Group’s expansion in Germany. He is responsible for developing new warehouse and logistics projects and business parks in the country. Martin Birkert is a manager of long standing on the German market, with 17 years of relevant experience gained in the commercial real estate sector. He began his career as a negotiator at Jones Lang LaSalle, a real estate consultancy. He then went on to work for various firms building up expertise in the management of real estate assets. At NAI Apollo Real Estate, he was Deputy Head of Industrial Real Estate. Next, as Business Development Manager at Nextparx, his role focused on acquiring properties and tenants, conducting due diligence processes and managing projects. In later years, he was responsible for developing the logistics business at SEGRO, then at Alpha Industrial Advisors, and recently at DIC Asset. He holds a master’s degree from the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) at the University of Regensburg.

Peter Falb
Country Manager Austria
Peter Falb leads MLP Group’s expansion on Austrian warehouse property market. An experienced manager whose career spans over two decades, Peter Falb has worked for many entities active in property development, finance and management of warehouse, office and retail assets. While working for EYEMAXX Real Estate AG, he was in charge of its warehouse properties/projects in Germany and Serbia as well as retail projects in the Czech Republic and Poland. He was also engaged in asset management for CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, where he was responsible for the company’s Hungarian and Polish portfolios. He graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a degree in Business Administration, and later completed a postgraduate programme in Real Estate Management and Valuation at the Vienna University of Technology.

Olga Melihov
Country Head Romania
Country Head Romania Olga Melihov supports MLP Group’s expansion in Romania. She is responsible for developing new warehouse and logistics projects in that country. Olga Melihov is an experienced manager with almost 20 years of experience in the commercial property sector in the CEE region. She has managed IB Consulting since 2007. During her career, she was employed at E-infra Romania, headed BNP Real Estate Romania as Country Manager, and also worked as International Development Manager at real estate developer Mayland Real Estate Poland, where she was in charge of the company’s development, communication and marketing activities in Poland and Romania. She is a graduate of the University of Bucharest and has completed the Real Estate Professional Executive Programme organised by Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and the Polish Council of Shopping Centers. She has also completed an MBA programme at Tiffin University, US. She speaks native Romanian and fluent English, Russian and French.
