Sale of MLP Tychy and Bieruń parks
MLP Group has signed two agreements with WestInvest Gesellschaft für Investmentfonds mbH (Deka Immobilien) for the sale of MLP Tychy and MLP Bieruń logistics parks. The total value of both transactions was set at nearly EUR 90 million net, i.e. approximately PLN 380 million.
Recruitment of new land
We purchased 10.5 ha of land in the Lublin subzone of the Euro-Park Mielec Special Economic Zone for the purpose of the MLP Lublin logistics park
Construction of MLP Bieruń park
We have started the construction of the fifth MLP Bieruń logistics park on an area of 12 ha.
Recognition for the MLP Bieruń Park
Park MLP Bieruń is recognized by the Eurobuild monthly as the best warehouse and production facility that was created in 2013, winning the first place in the category "New Warehouse of the
Year 2013, CEE ".
Debut on the WSE
We have successfully debuted on the Stock Exchange
in Warsaw as the first developer of warehouse space. The value of the public offering was approximately PLN 90.6 million gross.
An award for the MLP Tychy park
MLP Tychy wins the main prize in the Prime Property Prize 2013 competition in the Silesian region, in the "Logistics and Warehouse Facility" category.

Purchase of land for new parks
We have purchased more land for new warehouse parks: MLP Pruszków II (approx. 67 ha) and MLP Tychy (approx. 17.7 ha).
Additional space for MLP Poznań
We have expanded the land bank near Poznań by another 5.8 ha, which is additional space for the MLP Poznań park.
Purchase of land near Poznań
We purchased approximately 13.3 ha of land near Poznań, where the MLP Poznań logistics park is being built.
Commencement of work on MLP Pruszków I
Our leading shareholder, Cajamarca Holland B.V, took over shares in Zakłady Naprawy Tabory Kolejowego, where we started the construction of the MLP Pruszków I logistics park
