Zarząd MLP Group S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że dnia 3 marca 2015 r. otrzymał oświadczenie Pana Baruch Yehezkelov, Członka Rady Nadzorczej, o rezygnacji ze stanowiska Członka Rady Nadzorczej z dniem 3 marca 2015 roku. Pan Baruch Yehezkelov nie podał przyczyn swojej rezygnacji.
