[:pl]Wprowadzenie do alternatywnego systemu obrotu na Catalyst obligacji na okaziciela serii A MLP Group S.A.
Zarząd spółki MLP Group S.A. (dalej: Spółka) informuje o powzięciu informacji o podjęciu przez Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (dalej: Giełda) uchwały nr 720/2017 z dnia 4 lipca 2017 r., zgodnie z którą Zarząd Giełdy postanowił wprowadzić do alternatywnego systemu obrotu na Catalyst 20.000 (dwadzieścia tysięcy) obligacji na okaziciela serii A spółki MLP Group S.A. o wartości nominalnej 1.000 EUR (jeden tysiąc euro) każda.
Jednocześnie Spółka informuje o podjęciu przez BondSpot S.A. (dalej: BondSpot) uchwały nr 148/17 z dnia 4 lipca 2017 r., zgodnie z którą Zarząd BondSpot postanowił wprowadzić do alternatywnego systemu obrotu na Catalyst 20.000 (dwadzieścia tysięcy) obligacji na okaziciela serii A spółki MLP Group S.A. o wartości nominalnej 1.000 EUR (jeden tysiąc euro) każda.
W/w uchwały wchodzą w życie z dniem ich podjęcia.

The Management Board of MLP Group S.A. (hereinafter: Company) reports that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A., hereinafter: Exchange) adopted resolution 720/2017 of 4 July 2017, under which the Management Board of the Exchange decided to introduce 20,000 (twenty thousand) A-series bearer bonds of MLP Group S.A. with the nominal value of EUR 1,000 (one thousand euro) each to the alternative trading system on Catalyst.
At the same time, the Company reports that BondSpot S.A. (hereinafter: BondSpot) adopted resolution 148/17 of 4 July 2017, under which the Management Board of BondSpot decided to introduce 20,000 (twenty thousand) A-series bearer bonds of MLP Group S.A. with the nominal value of EUR 1,000 (one thousand euro) each to the alternative trading system on Catalyst.
The above resolutions come into force on the date of their adoption.
