The official opening of the new distribution center took place with the participation of representatives of Sarantis Polska, MLP Group, and the general contractor, BREMER. A symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony was carried out by representatives of all parties involved in the project. The event provided an opportunity to summarize years of cooperation and to highlight the importance of the new investment for the further development of the company’s logistics and distribution operations in Poland and across the Central and Eastern European region.

We have implemented advanced fire safety systems as well as a range of technologies enhancing its overall functionality. The building is currently undergoing BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. As a general contractor, we place strong emphasis on environmentally responsible solutions that help reduce emissions and deliver real value to users,- said Bartosz Bartosik, Executive Department Director at BREMER.
The completed project marks another milestone in the long-standing cooperation between MLP Group and Sarantis Polska, which dates back to 2001. At that time, the company leased 5,000 sqm of warehouse space, gradually expanding its operations to five times the size of the original agreement.
The new facility has been developed within the largest logistics complex in the region and meets the highest technological and environmental standards.
Approximately 22,700 sqm has been allocated for warehouse purposes, of which around 5,200 sqm is dedicated to a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) zone, enabling highly efficient use of space through narrow working aisles and a high level of process automation. A further approximately 2,000 sqm has been designated for co-packing, while modern office space accounts for 1,400 sqm. The facility offers a clear height of 12 meters and will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, in line with MLP Group’s development standards.
Sarantis Polska is part of the international Sarantis Group, which manufactures and distributes a wide range of consumer products, including cosmetics, household goods and personal care items. The company operates in 13 European countries and exports to over 50 markets, making it one of the leading players in Central and Eastern Europe. In Poland, it develops brands such as Jan Niezbędny, Stella, Anna Zaradna, Kolastyna, Luksja and STR8, and also produces private label products for numerous retail chains in Poland and across Europe.
MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center located in the municipality of Brwinów, approximately 5 km from Pruszków and in close proximity to Warsaw. The target leasable area of the complex will reach 427,000 sqm, making it the largest warehouse park in the region. Selected buildings hold BREEAM certifications, and in line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic systems are being installed on rooftops.
The park benefits from excellent transport connections to Warsaw and the country’s main transport routes. It is located between local road no. 760 and the A2 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików interchange. International railway lines run nearby, providing convenient conditions for both domestic and international distribution. The complex also features a bus stop and a Nextbike self-service bike station.
