– Relocating part of our operations to MLP Pruszków II marks an important step in executing M4B’s growth strategy. As our business has continued to grow rapidly, we needed infrastructure that would provide the flexibility, modern logistics facilities, and capacity to support our further expansion – including into international markets. We look forward to working with MLP Group and appreciate their professionalism, flexibility, and partnership-driven approach – emphasized Dennis Banchetti, Chief Operating Officer, M4B S.A.

MLP Pruszków II continues to attract strong market interest, as reflected in our dynamically growing and diversified tenant base. Companies value not only the park’s excellent location in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw, but also the high standard of the space we offer, our flexibility in tailoring facilities to individual requirements, and our consistent approach to sustainable development. Today, the complex is undoubtedly one of the key logistics hubs in the region, ideally suited both for technology companies and for operators with national and international reach,- said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.

– The M4B transaction demonstrates that technology companies are increasingly looking for properties that combine high-quality warehouse, production and office facilities with the flexibility required for future growth. For our Client, the key considerations included not only the technical specifications of the space, but also its proximity to Warsaw, strong transport links, access to employees and the potential for further expansion. The process required us to identify a property offering the right logistical and operational conditions, while also allowing the space to be tailored to the Client’s needs. MLP Pruszków II proved to be the property best suited to these requirements. As M4B’s advisor, we supported the Tenant throughout the entire process – from defining its needs and analysing the market to negotiating the commercial and technical terms of the lease, – said Krzysztof Kienorow, General Manager at NXT Property.
