Lindab has signed a new lease extension agreement with MLP Group for approximately 6,700 sqm at the MLP Pruszków II complex. The agreement was mediated by the Knight Frank agency.
Lindab has been a partner of MLP Group since 2020, when it leased 4,300 sqm, including around 200 sqm of office space. The tenant later expanded its space to the current 6,700 sqm. The company is part of the international Lindab Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of products and solutions for construction, ventilation, and air conditioning. It has been operating in Poland since 1992. Lindab products are known for their stylish design, ease of installation, and use of advanced technologies.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target rental area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings have the prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being installed on the rooftops.
MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links both to the center of Warsaw and to the main routes connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from a transport hub near Pruszków-Żbików. International railway lines run nearby, providing excellent logistical conditions for both domestic and international distribution. The park also features a bus stop and a self-service Nextbike bicycle rental station.
In line with its “build & hold” strategy, MLP Group retains its logistics parks in its portfolio and manages them independently after construction.
