MLP is strengthening its division responsible for the lease of commercial space and the development of built-to-suit projects. Ms. Agnieszka Góźdź has been promoted to the position of the Head of the Leasing Deparmtent, while Piotr Krawczyk has become the Manager of BTS Projects.
As the Head of Leasing Department, Agnieszka Góźdź is responsible for the commercialization of logistic parks. She joined the MLP Group team two years ago. Previously, as a Development Manager, she was responsible for the lease of warehouse space in the area of Warsaw, Central Poland and Lublin. She has many years of experience in leasing commercial space. Before joining the MLP Group, she worked as an expert for the leading real estate consultancy firms, among others: Cushman & Wakefield, CA IMMO Real Estate Management Poland, AXI IMMO GROUP, King Sturge. She is a graduate of the Private College of Business and Administration in Warsaw. She has also completed a post-graduate course in commercial property management at the Warsaw University of Technology.
Piotr Krawczyk as the Manager of BTS Projects is responsible for the development of built-to-suit projects for individual tenants. He also joined the MLP Group almost two years ago. Previously in the Development Department he served as the Manager responsible for the Upper Silesia region. He has many years of experience in transport logistics and sales. Before joining the MLP Group team, he worked for ROHLIG SUUS Logistics SA. His prior experience includes: DHL, Raben, SKAT Transport, Kimberly-Clark and SmartWay Logistics B.V.
