MLP Group wybuduje dla sieci Piotr i Paweł magazyny o pow. 45 tys. mkw.

MLP Group podpisało jeden z największych kontraktów na rynku w tym roku. Umowa została zawarta z właścicielem sieci supermarketów spożywczych Piotr i Paweł. Zakłada wybudowanie łącznie ok. 45 tys. mkw. powierzchni magazynowej.
 

MLP Group S.A., a leading industrial developer signed one of the largest contracts on the market this year. The contract was signed with the owner of the Piotr i Paweł food supermarket chain. It provides for building approximately 45 thousand square meters of warehouse space. The facilities will be built in Teresin in the vicinity of Warsaw, where the central warehouse of the Piotr i Paweł chain will be located, and in the vicinity of Poznań. The facilities will include social and office space and will be delivered to the tenant in 2016-2017.
