MLP Group przekazało blisko 3 720 m2 powierzchni magazynowo-produkcyjnej

MLP Group, wiodący deweloper powierzchni magazynowo-produkcyjnych w Polsce, wynajął w swoim parku MLP Tychy łącznie 5 224 m2 powierzchni magazynowo-produkcyjnej dwóm firmom:

• Auto Partner SA, importer i dystrybutor części do samochodów osobowych i dostawczych, wynajął 3 024 m2 powierzchni magazynowej, serwisowej i technicznej umowa została podpisana na okres 3 lat. W prowadzonych negocjacjach właściciela obiektu firmę MLP, reprezentowała międzynarodowa firma doradcza Cushman & Wakefield.
• Euroweld Poland Sp. z o.o. wynajęła 2 200 m2 powierzchni produkcyjnej i planuje uruchomienie zrobotyzowanej linii do laserowego spawania metalowych elementów poszycia drzwi do nowego modelu samochodu Lancia, umowa została podpisana na okres 10 lat.

Nowowynajęte powierzchnie są obecnie adaptowane do potrzeb działalności obu firm. Na terenie parku MLP Tychy działalność prowadzi 11 firm.
„Miło jest mi poinformować o pierwszych dwóch umowach podpisanych w tym roku, który rozpoczął się dla nas bardzo pracowicie. Obie firmy, z którymi podpisaliśmy ostatnio umowy, są związane z rynkiem motoryzacyjnym, dlatego też jednym z istotnych czynników, które były brane pod uwagę przy wyborze lokalizacji było bardzo dogodne położenie naszego parku MLP Tychy. Mam nadzieję, że wkrótce będę mogła Państwa poinformować o kolejnych podpisanych umowach” – powiedziała Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Członek Zarządu MLP Group.

MLP Group, a leading developer of warehouse and production space in Poland, has leased a combined 5,224 m2 of space at its MLP Tychy facility to two companies:

• Auto Partner SA, an importer and distributor of parts for passenger cars and delivery vehicles, has leased 3,024 m2 of warehouse, service and technical space. The lease is for 3 years.
• Euroweld Poland Sp. z o.o. has leased 2,200 m2 of production space and plans to start up an automated line for laser welding of door panels for a new model of Lancia cars. The lease is for 10 years. International consulting company Cushman & Wakefield supported MLP Group in the negotiations.

The newly let spaces are being adapted to suit the needs of the two tenants’ operations. There are now 11 companies operating at the MLP Tychy facility.

“The year has start out very busy for us, and I am pleased to announce the first two leases signed so far this year,” said Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, a member of the management board of MLP Group. “Both of the companies with whom we recently signed agreements are connected with the automotive industry, and therefore the convenient location of our MLP Tychy facility was one of the most important factors taken into consideration when deciding on the site. I hope that I will soon be able to announce the signing of more new leases.”

According to Radosław T. Krochta, a member of the management board of MLP Group, “We observe that firms are planning to increase their operations this year, which also generates greater interest in new space, often purely production space, in the area of construction in which we have the greatest experience in Poland. On our side, we are also preparing for increased demand by our customers. We are intensively reviewing new locations in Poland and are very open to new projects in the built-to-suit system in Central & Eastern Europe.”

Auto Partner SA is an importer and distributor of spare parts for cars and delivery trucks on the market of spare parts classified according to GVO legal regulations and directives of the European Union.

Euroweld Poland Sp. z o.o. is a production firm for the automotive industry, handling laser welding of metal elements.
