– The lease extension at MLP Pruszków II demonstrates that tenants are increasingly choosing to pursue further growth within a single, well-designed and consistently expanded logistics complex. The scale of the project and its flexibility enable us to effectively support our partners’ long-term operational plans and respond to the evolving needs of their businesses, – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.
MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics park located in the municipality of Brwinów, approximately 5 km from Pruszków, in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw. It is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings have been awarded prestigious BREEAM certification, and in line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic panels are being installed on the rooftops.
The park benefits from excellent transport accessibility. It is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, just 3 km from the Pruszków–Żbików interchange. International railway lines run nearby, ensuring convenient conditions for both domestic and international logistics. Additional advantages include a bus stop located within the park and an operational self-service Nextbike bicycle station.
