Winkler Polska joins MLP Business Park Łódź
Winkler Polska has become a new tenant at MLP Business Park Łódź. The automotive parts distributor has leased approximately 1,500 sqm of space, strengthening its presence in central Poland. Savills advised the tenant throughout the lease negotiation process.

MLP Group has signed a new lease agreement at its newly developed business park in the Łódź metropolitan area. The leased space comprises approximately 1,100 sqm of modern warehouse space and more than 400 sqm of office and staff facilities, designed to support operational efficiency and provide a comfortable working environment.

Winkler is one of Europe’s leading technical trading groups serving the transport sector. More than 1,700 employees across over 40 locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia offer a broad range of spare parts for trucks, buses, trailers, agricultural and construction machinery, as well as workshop equipment and hydraulic components. With three of Europe’s largest central warehouses for commercial vehicle parts and more than 200,000 spare parts immediately available, the company ensures fast and efficient deliveries to customers through its advanced logistics and distribution network. In 2025, Winkler generated sales of approximately EUR 610 million.

MLP Business Park Łódź is MLP Group’s second project in the Łódź region. The buildings are being developed in line with the Group’s sustainability strategy and will undergo BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level. The project incorporates a range of environmentally friendly solutions, including green roofs, compensatory planting, bird nesting boxes, EPD-certified materials and FSC-certified timber. The buildings are prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels, while the infrastructure includes covered bicycle parking and water-saving fixtures. More than half of the site is dedicated to green areas, while glazed office façades underline the project’s modern and energy-efficient character.

The park is being developed on a 14.4-hectare site and will provide 28,200 sqm of modern space. It is located just 10 km from the centre of Łódź, close to public transport stops. The A1 motorway (Łódź Wschód junction) is approximately 4 km away, the A2 motorway (Łódź Północ junction) 25 km away, and the S14 expressway 15 km away. This strategic location provides efficient logistics connections to both local and national markets.
