Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska joins MLP Poznań. MLP Group strengthens its position as the partner of choice for logistics leaders
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska has leased a total of 5,350 sqm at the MLP Poznań logistics park. Nearly 500 sqm will be allocated to office and staff facilities, with the remaining space used for modern warehousing operations. The facility is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year. Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland throughout the transaction.
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska is a leading European transport platform that has been integrating more than 100 carriers within a single ecosystem since 2010. The company specialises in domestic and international pallet shipments and also provides its services through the GlobKurier.pl platform.

MLP Poznań is being developed on a 19.2-hectare site and will ultimately offer approximately 90,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space. All buildings are subject to BREEAM certification, confirming their high environmental and quality standards.
The logistics park is located in Koninko, directly adjacent to the S11 expressway connecting Poznań with Katowice. It is approximately 16 km from the centre of Poznań and just 4 km from the A2 motorway, providing convenient access to key domestic and international transport routes.
