FWIP becomes a new tenant at MLP Business Park Poznań

FWIP has joined the group of tenants at MLP Business Park Poznań, leasing more than 1,400 sqm of space. The company moved into the facility in December last year. The leased area comprises warehouse and office space as well as a representative showroom, supporting FWIP’s further operational and logistics development. The tenant was advised by Colliers during the negotiation process.

Under the lease agreement, over 1,000 sqm has been allocated for warehouse operations, while the remaining space includes office and staff facilities as well as a representative showroom of approximately 200 sqm.

FWIP is a modern brand operating in the foodservice sector, specialising in compact, fully automated “mini ice cream parlours” for the production and serving of frozen desserts. Using proprietary technology and ice cream capsules, users can prepare Italian gelato, sorbets (including vegan options), and frozen yoghurt within seconds.

The company’s flagship product, the Portobello machine, is a plug-and-play device requiring no complex installation or additional infrastructure. It operates using a standard 230V power supply, allowing ice cream stations to be launched in a wide range of locations, including cafés, food trucks, retail stores, hotels, foodservice outlets, and entertainment centres.

FWIP operates on a global scale, with branches and distribution partners across numerous European countries. The markets where the company is present include, among others, Poland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Latvia, as well as other countries in the region. This enables FWIP to serve both retail and foodservice customers across multiple European markets, while its presence in Poland facilitates the further development of sales and logistics operations in the region.

– We are pleased that FWIP, an innovative representative of the foodservice sector, has joined the group of our tenants at MLP Business Park Poznań. This agreement highlights the versatility of our project, which offers flexible modules combining warehouse, office, and showroom functions to meet the needs of fast-growing companies, emphasized Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.

This transaction confirms the growing demand for urban business parks that integrate warehouse, office, and showroom space. Flexibility, a high technical standard, and an efficient location were key for the tenant. MLP Business Park Poznań meets these requirements and aligns well with FWIP’s development strategy, said Michał Biegaj, Associate Director at Colliers.

MLP Business Park Poznań is an urban project located at 18 Wołczyńska Street, just 9 km from the city centre. Upon completion, it will offer a total of 43,300 sqm of modern space. The park benefits from excellent transport accessibility, including proximity to bus and tram stops, the Poznań Junikowo railway station, and the A2 motorway, located 2.5 km away.

The location supports efficient last-mile logistics while also providing space suitable for offices and recreational functions. The park includes a padel centre, reflecting the project’s mixed-use character. MLP Business Park Poznań is designed for e-commerce companies and other businesses that require an urban location combined with a high standard of office and commercial space.
