Poland’s largest ice cube manufacturer secured as new tenant for MLP Pruszków II
Pure Ice has become a tenant at MLP Pruszków II. Under the lease contract it has signed, the company will receive over 3,500 sqm of modern space, with some 3,300 sqm designated for warehousing and manufacturing, and the remaining 250 sqm – to be fitted out as office space and staff amenities. The project is scheduled to start in the first half of December, with the handover scheduled for June 2021. It will be tailored to the individual needs of the client in line with MLP Group’s standard practice.
Pure Ice Sp. z o.o. commenced operations in late 2010, with its offer targeted mainly at leading distributors of frozen products in Poland. At inception, Pure Ice set itself the primary goal of offering food-grade ice cubes to its customers while ensuring the highest product quality standards and maintaining a logistics chain. The adopted strategy enabled the company to get its ice products in the largest retail chains and rapidly secure the position of an undisputed leader of the ice cube market in Poland. In 2016, the company expanded its product mix and entered the European market while continuing to build its business relationships with customers in its home country. The ice cubes offered by Pure Ice are made from crystal-clear water obtained in a multi-step filtration process conducted in compliance with the Higher-Level IFS Food food safety management standard, approved annually by the certification body TŰV Rheinland. Pure Ice is distinguished by continuous development and innovative production and storage technologies. Its open-mindedness to the needs of consumers and market operators is an additional source of competitive advantage.
