WKK Polska Sp. z o.o. with a new headquarters at MLP Business Park Łódź – the international leader in fastening materials strengthens its position in Poland. The company has secured over 1,700 sqm of space at MLP Business Park Łódź, strengthening its operations on the Polish market. The completed facility is expected to be delivered in mid-September this year. Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant throughout the lease transaction.
MLP Group has signed another lease agreement in the newly built MLP Business Park Łódź.
WKK Polska has contracted a total of over 1,700 sqm of modern space, including 1,400 sqm for warehouse purposes and 317 sqm for social and office use. Handover of the completed facility to the tenant is planned for mid-September 2025. Additionally, the tenant will have early access to the space already in August. Cushman & Wakefield acted as an intermediary in the transaction.

MLP Business Park Łódź is MLP Group’s second logistics park in the Łódź metropolitan area. In line with the company’s sustainability strategy, the facilities will be certified under the BREEAM New Construction scheme at the Excellent level. The investment combines high-quality construction with care for the natural environment. The project includes features such as green roofs on shelters, compensatory planting, bird nesting boxes, and amphibian barriers around the retention pond. Certified EPD materials and FSC-certified timber have been used. Water-saving fixtures have been installed throughout. The site also offers covered bicycle parking and a car-sharing system. Over 50% of the area is dedicated to green spaces, while the buildings are designed to accommodate photovoltaic panel installations. Glazed office façades give the development a modern, energy-efficient character.

MLP Business Park Łódź is a new logistics park developed on a 14.4-hectare site, offering a total of 28,200 sqm of modern space. The investment stands out for its excellent location.
