Wadim Plast to move into MLP Pruszków II
A company operating in the plastics processing industry has leased 3,240 sqm of modern space at MLP Pruszków II. The facility is scheduled for handover at the end of this year. The tenant was assisted by MAXON Nieruchomości in the transaction process.

Wadim Plast is about to become a new tenant at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The company specialises in plastics processing, and it has leased 3,200 sqm of warehouse space. The facility will be adapted to enable the installation of 2×40 tonne overhead cranes. The tenant will also use office space. The facility is scheduled for handover in December this year. The tenant was assisted by MAXON Nieruchomości in the transaction process.

Wadim Plast has operated in the plastics processing industry since 1981. The company offers complete equipment for production lines (injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, robots, temperature controllers, static mixers), tool room equipment (3D printers, hot runner systems, standardised elements), and cooling equipment. It designs and implements cooling systems. The solutions offered by Wadim Plast are used by companies in the medical, packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.

‘The client was looking for bespoke solutions tailored to their specific business needs. With the flexible approach of the developer, we were able to find warehouse space fully meeting the tenant’s expectations. We are very pleased to announce the closing of the transaction, particularly considering the project was a complex one. We believe the decision to lease logistics space at MLP Pruszków II will support further rapid growth of Wadim Plast,’ noted Paweł Rąbkowski, Head of the Industrial Department, MAXON Nieruchomości.

Solar PV expansion programme

‘Located in the vicinity of the Warsaw metropolitan area, MLP Pruszków II is one of the most popular projects in our portfolio. The prime location and extensive infrastructure, including solar PV installations, encourages tenants to move their businesses here. Also, the project still has strong potential for further expansion,’ said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.

In line with the developer’s ESG strategy, solar PV systems are installed at its logistics parks, allowing tenants to use green energy. PV systems are installed at MLP Pruszków II, MLP Wrocław, and other locations. So far, PV infrastructure with a capacity of 50kWp has been built in each of these parks. The micro-installations are just the first phase of a large PV project being implemented by MLP Group. The next step will be to significantly expand their capacities. The target capacity of the installations is 1MW for MLP Pruszków II and 0.55MW for MLP Wrocław. They will generate a total of 1,271MWh a year, contributing to a reduction in CO2 emissions by around 887 tonnes annually.

The largest logistics complex in the region

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. With a target leasable space of 393,000 sqm, it is the region’s largest logistics complex. Thanks to its flexible approach to individual tenant needs, the centre is able to meet the requirements of clients representing various industries. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area. The international railway lines located in the hub’s vicinity make for excellent logistics conditions both for domestic and international distribution.
