Vision Express extends lease agreement at the MLP Pruszków I
Vision Express, the leader of the Polish optical market, has extended its lease agreement at the MLP Pruszków I. The company occupies a total of 3,500 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at the location. This site houses the central warehouse of Vision Express, which plays a key role in supplying over 200 optical stores across Poland. The company was supported in the lease renegotiation process by the advisory firm Colliers.

Vision Express has been present at MLP Pruszków I for over a decade, and the decision to extend the lease confirms the company’s satisfaction with the cooperation to date and the attractiveness of the logistics park’s location. MLP Pruszków I is the first and one of the largest parks in the MLP Group’s portfolio. Located just 19 km from the center of Warsaw and 15 km from Chopin Airport, it offers excellent access to major national routes – the A2 motorway, the S2 expressway, and Aleje Jerozolimskie. Covering more than 170,000 sqm, the complex is now occupied by 40 businesses across different sectors.
