Television operator to become new tenant at MLP Pruszków II
A leading pay-TV broadcaster and producer has become a new tenant at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre, where it is to take up approximately 2,700 sqm of space.

The new tenant has signed a lease for almost 2,700 sqm of modern space at the logistics centre, of which ca. 2,400 sqm will be used for warehousing purposes and the remainder will be staff amenities and office facilities. It will be tailored to the individual needs of the client in line with MLP Group’s standard practice. The finished facility is to be delivered on February 1st 2021.

‘MLP Pruszków II is our largest project offering more than 300,000 square metres of space. Its excellent location, infrastructure and expansion potential attract strong demand from existing and prospective tenants. Another important thing is that we constantly strive to flexibly respond to the needs of our clients,’ said Tomasz Pietrzak, Senior Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A.

MLP Pruszków II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. With a target leasable space of about 309,000 sqm (of which nearly 200,000 sqm has already been completed), it will be the region’s largest logistics complex. To accommodate the rapid expansion of the logistics park, a second access road to the site, intended for passenger cars and delivery vehicles, has been opened. This will greatly enhance access to specific facilities for employees and suppliers alike.

Thanks to its flexible ability to cater to individual tenant needs, the centre can meet the requirements of clients representing various industries. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area. The international railway lines located in the hub’s vicinity make for excellent logistics conditions both for domestic and international distribution.
