MLP Group continues the successful leasing of new space within the expanding MLP Bucharest West logistics centre. Stook Concept has leased a 3,600 sqm module in building C2, including approximately 3,500 sqm of warehouse space and 100 sqm dedicated to modern office facilities. The building is currently in the final phase of construction, with handover planned for later this quarter.
Stook Concept is a Romanian company founded in 2023 and headquartered in Bucharest, focused on the development and commercialisation of modern consumer brands and non-food products. The company operates primarily in the e-commerce and retail sectors, with a strong emphasis on innovation, customer experience and scalable business growth. Buildings C2 and C1 are being developed as part of the fourth phase of the logistics centre’s expansion. Each of them will offer 10,600 sqm of modern space. The first three phases of the investment delivered a total of 58,700 sqm, all of which has been fully leased.
MLP Bucharest West is located in Romania’s most popular warehouse region. Situated near the ring road in the north-western part of Bucharest, in the Chitila district, the location provides optimal conditions for distribution and logistics operations. MLP Bucharest West is a Class A industrial and logistics project being developed on an 18.3-hectare site. Once completed, the development will provide 99,000 sqm of warehouse space complemented by numerous amenities and excellent road infrastructure. All facilities developed within the park meet the highest environmental standards and are subject to BREEAM certification.
