Smart Cargo Solutions Sp. z o.o. has signed a contract with the MLP Group for the lease of 2,115 square meters of space in the MLP Pruszków I logistics park. Approx. 2,050 m2 of this space will be used for warehousing purposes and 65 m2 for office and social purposes. The tenant will be allowed to start using the facility in February 2019. Advisory services in the transaction were provided by the real estate agency AXI IMMO.

Smart Cargo Solutions is a local logistics company with an excellent knowledge of the reality and specific nature of the Polish and EU markets, simultaneously reaching out to the global market via the Global Affinity Alliance network of partner firms.

“We are very happy to have established cooperation with this new client. A rapidly developing company rendering logistics services in Poland, East European countries and throughout the world from Asia all the way to Latin America, will certainly appreciate the unique location of our park,” emphasized Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A.

“This client was specifically looking for modern warehousing space in the vicinity of Warsaw, conveniently located for the arrangement and provision of both long- and short-distance distribution services. The arguments of pivotal significance in favor of selecting our MLP Pruszków I facility were its location coupled with competitive financial terms as well as the developer’s receptive approach to the tenant’s needs and requirements,” added Anna Peczela, Senior Industrial & Logistics Consultant at AXI IMMO.

MLP Pruszkow I is the first logistics park created by the MLP Group. Its total target warehouse and manufacturing space is 170,695 square meters developed over an area of 43 hectares. During the last decade and a half, the park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The facility has approx. 50 customers. The facility has unlimited power supply, large potential for future expansion offered to its clients, and a relatively large percentage of parking lot areas. MLP has convenient connections both with the centre of Warsaw and the main routes linking Warsaw with other cities
