Schnug Polska, a logistics company, has signed a lease agreement for nearly 1,500 square meters of warehousing space at MLP Pruszków II owned by the MLP Group. The lease will commence this January. The transaction was brokered by the real estate agency Axi Immo.

Schnug Polska Sp. z o.o. has signed a contract with the MLP Group to lease nearly 1,500 square meters of modern space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Out of this space, the company will use more than 1,300 square meters for warehousing purposes and the remaining more than 100 square meters for offices. The facility is fitted with dispatch points located on both sides of the building. The leased space is located inside an existing structure, which means that the new tenant will be able to commence its logistics operations as early as this January.

Schnug Polska provides services in the areas of contract logistics, transportation and warehousing. It has been operating in the Polish market since March 2004. The new location will be a very valuable addition to Schnug’s distribution network enabling the company’s further development of logistics and transportation operations in central Poland. The facility’s perfectly aligned connection with Schnug’s warehouse in western Poland will help the company further optimize the services offered within its logistics supply chain.

The MLP Pruszkow II logistics center is located in the vicinity of Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality,5 km from Pruszków. The park occupies a total of 67 hectares and will ultimately offer 302,000 square meters. MLP Pruszkow II has well-developed connections to both the Warsaw city center and the main roads connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between the local road no. 760 and the A2 motorway section, 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików traffic hub. An international railway track running in the proximity of the park offers excellent logistic conditions for both domestic and international distribution
