Sarantis extends its lease agreement and enlarges its space in MLP Pruszków II

Sarantis signed a contract with MLP Group to lease over 11,500 square meters of warehouse and office space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The cosmetics and household products producer and distributor decided at the same to enlarge the leased space by 2.300 square meters to over 13,800 square meters. Advisory services in the transaction were provided by the Axi Immo agency.

By satisfying our current and future lessees we will be able to grow and improve our results steadily”, said Agnieszka Góźdź, Head of the Leasing Department at MLP Group S.A.

Sarantis has been MLP Group’s client since 2001. The company specializes in production, sale and distribution of cosmetics and household products. The company’s offering comprises proprietary cosmetics such as: STR8, C-THRU, BU and KOLASTYNA and household products: JAN NIEZBĘDNY, GROSIK and FINO, and brands distributed in the mass market, such as: NAIR, SPINBRUSH, PEARL DROPS, ARKO and ARM&HAMMER. In addition, the offering comprises also luxury products: LA PRAIRIE and RIHANNA.

The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is situated in the vicinity of Warsaw in the municipality of Brwinów, some 5 km from Pruszków. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport routes to the center of Warsaw and the main motorways connecting the capital to other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, some 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików entrance and exit ramp. International rail lines run close to the park, thereby supporting logistics for domestic and international distribution.
