REHAU has leased approximately 4,100 sqm of modern space at MLP Business Park Poznań. The facility will include around 2,900 sqm of warehouse space, about 400 sqm of comfortable office and staff facilities, and more than 300 sqm dedicated to a showroom. The entire unit has been designed to support operational efficiency, optimise logistics processes, and create a representative environment for product presentations and meetings with business partners.
The tenant will have early access to the facility in autumn this year, while full handover of the space is scheduled before the end of 2026.
REHAU Sp. z o.o. specialises in the production of innovative polymer-based solutions, offering, among others, materials for the furniture industry – furniture boards and edging, window and door profiles, underfloor heating systems, and water and sanitary installations. An integral part of the facility will be a modern REHAU showroom designed for clients and interior designers. This exhibition and training space will enable the company to present its solutions and organise meetings and training sessions.
The new Poznań headquarters for the furniture and installation divisions will provide the company with conditions to further optimise logistics processes and strengthen relationships with clients in the region.

The new lease further strengthens the position of MLP Business Park Poznań as one of the key logistics and office locations in the metropolitan area and confirms the growing interest in urban business parks offering top-class infrastructure and a strategic location.
MLP Business Park Poznań is a modern urban project that will ultimately offer a total of 49,900 sqm of space. The complex is located just 9 km from the centre of Poznań, at 18 Wołczyńska Street. One of the key advantages of the development is its excellent connectivity. Bus and tram stops as well as the Poznań Junikowo railway station are located nearby, while the A2 motorway is only 2.5 km away. Such a location supports fast and efficient last-mile logistics while also enabling companies to establish a representative headquarters close to the city centre.
The project is primarily targeted at e-commerce companies and businesses whose operating model requires an urban location and high-standard warehouse and office space.
