On 9 June 2016, the Supervisory Board of MLP Group adopted a resolution to appoint Radosław T. Krochta President of the Company’s Management Board. Mr. Krochta previously served as Vice-President and Director General of MLP Group. On the President’s post Radosław T. Krochta replaced Michael Shapiro, who was appointed Vice-President of MLP Group by the Supervisory Board.
“It is our intention to continue the past strategy oriented towards a steady expansion of our logistics parks. We are also focusing on increasing the land bank in attractive locations. In addition to the expansion of the existing facilities, our immediate plans include development of two new logistic parks in the vicinity of Wrocław and Gliwice. We are also analyzing possible investment projects in the Lodz and Silesia regions. We would like to enter the German market this year and we are also looking at the Romanian market. Our activities are aimed at steadily increasing the value of the entire Group” – emphasized Radosław T. Krochta.
Radosław T. Krochta joined the MLP Group in 2010, serving as Vice-President of the Management Board. He gathered experience in the financial industry in Poland, Eastern Europe and the USA, among others as CFO of Dresdner Bank Polska S.A. For several years, he was also Strategy Group Director at Deloitte Advisory in Warsaw, previously serving as a manager at PWC in Warsaw and the USA. Radosław T. Krochta graduated from the Management and Banking College in Poznań (Finance). He also completed a post-graduate course in management at Nottingham University and received a post-graduate MBA degree.
