ProOptimum joins MLP Czeladź as a new tenant
A company specializing in the logistics sector, providing warehousing and transportation services, has leased over 5,000 sqm of modern space at the MLP Czeladź logistics park. The transaction was brokered by the advisory firm Rock Estate.

MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with a new tenant at MLP Czeladź. ProOptimum has joined the group of companies operating within the facility. The tenant has leased a total of more than 5,000 sqm of modern space. The warehouse area will be delivered in two stages: the first unit of just over 2,400 sqm will be available from February 2026, while the second unit of the same size will be handed over a year later. Meanwhile, the office space of 165 sqm will be ready for use as early as mid-next year. ProOptimum was advised in the transaction by the consultancy firm Rock Estate.

ProOptimum specializes in the logistics sector, providing warehousing and transportation services, as well as in the advertising industry, where it focuses on the design and production of visual identity elements.

MLP Czeladź is a particularly attractive park for clients thanks to its excellent location near major roads. It has convenient access to the junction connecting the A4 motorway with the S1 expressway, and it is also situated close to the S86 expressway linking Łódź with Tychy. The park is located just 15 km from Katowice International Airport and 11 km from Katowice city center.

MLP Czeladź is a modern logistics center currently under development. Once completed, it will consist of four Class A buildings offering a total of more than 75,000 sqm of warehouse and production space. The project is being developed on a 15.5-hectare site..
