GTV has signed an agreement with the MLP Group to lease approximately 11,800 square meters of space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Nearly 11,000 square meters of that space will be designated for warehouse purposes while another 745 square meters will be used as social and office space. The new facility in the MLP Pruszków II park will be handed over to the tenant in mid-March 2018. The AXI IMMO consulting company acted as an advisor in this transaction.
GTV is an international distributor of furniture accessories and lighting. GTV’s portfolio consists of several thousand products in tens of product groups including hinges, slides, lifts, handles, wardrobe and kitchen accessories and LED lighting.

The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is located in the vicinity of Warsaw, in the commune of Brwinów, 5 km from Pruszków. It is situated on a 72 ha plot of land to be used for warehouse space and light manufacturing with the park’s target space coming in at 285,000 square meters. Two access roads lead to this park. One of these roads is directly connected to the recently opened ring road around the village of Moszna. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed road connections to the Warsaw city center and the main thoroughfares connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway some 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików traffic hub. There is also a Nextbike bicycle rental station in MLP Pruszków II. Employees also have convenient access as there is a bus stop located at the park. An international railway is located close to the park that offers excellent logistic conditions for domestic and international distribution.
