Piotr i Paweł chain expands in MLP Lublin

MLP Group has delivered 22,000 additional square meters in the MLP Teresin park to Piotr i Paweł. This way, the food supermarket chain owner increased the space used in that logistics park to 36,000 square meters.

MLP Group has delivered to Piotr i Paweł an additional facility with the surface area of 22,000 square meters located at the MLP Teresin park. Accordingly, the food supermarket chain owner increased the total warehouse space leased in the logistics park to 36,000 square meters. Since early 2014, Piotr i Paweł has also been using approx. 8,500 square meters of warehouse space in the MLP Poznań I park. This means that it currently has at its disposal about 44,500 square meters of space in the parks owned by the MLP Group.

The Piotr i Paweł chain comes from Poznań where it opened its first outlets in 1990. Currently Piotr i Paweł has 138 supermarkets throughout Poland, in each province, and is the only Polish supermarket chain of this size.
MLP Teresin is a modern logistics center under construction and when completed will consist of 6 buildings, 140,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial spaces. MLP Teresin is located in the Old Gnatowice in the municipality of Kampinos, 45 km west from the Warsaw city center , near the national route No 92 connecting Warsaw and Poznań and 20 km from the A2 motorway and junction Wiskitki.
