Nieten Serwis Celny has signed an agreement with MLP Group to lease nearly 1.1 thousand square meters of space in the MLP Pruszków I Logistics Park. It will use roughly 1 thousand square meters for warehousing purposes and the remaining 0.1 thousand square meters as office and social space.
Nieten Serwis Celny Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Sp. K. is the Polish entity in the Nieten Internationale Spedition Group, which has been active in the forwarding business for more than 85 years. It offers comprehensive customs services through its proprietary branches and partners across the entire European Union. It is active in vehicle forwarding, marine container services and warehousing services.
MLP Pruszków I is the first park created by MLP Group. Its target warehouse and production space is 167 thousand square meters located on 43 hectares of land. Over its lifetime of more than a decade this park has become a small town equipped with its own internal infrastructure. This center has approximately 50 clients who lease space ranging from 200 to 18 thousand square meters.
