lobal operator , carg o partner spedycja sp. z o.o., has signed a contract with MLP Group to lease
8,000 square meters of warehouse space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. In addition, an office
building with the space of 1,300 square meters will be built to house the comp any’s head office. The
cargo partner group is environment friendly and supports numerous CSR projects. That is why the
company proposed incorporating elements of greenery into the design. On the top (third) storey of
the office building, a 300 square meter terrace will be built where, on cargo partner’s initiative, a lawn will be planted. Completion and delivery of the facilities to the tenant is planned for the third quarter of 2018. At the same time cargo partner was given the possibility of increasing th e warehouse space by additional 3,000 square meters to 11,000 square meters in total. Cargo partner is an international provider of IT and logistics solutions, seated in Fischamend, Austria.
The company provides the full scope of global forwarding services comprising aviation, marine, road
and rail transport, and integrated logistics solutions, leveraging its 30 years of experience in
information technology and optimization of the supply chain. The new HQ, located in a location with
excellent transportation connections, together with a bigger and more modern warehouse, with a
potential to increase its space, will allow the company to further streamline the processes in its

The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is situated in the vicinity of Warsaw in the municipality of Brwinów, some 5 km from Pruszków. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport routes to the center of Warsaw and the main motorways connecting the capital to other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, some 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików entrance and exit ramp. International rail lines run close to the park, thereby supporting logistics for domestic and international distribution.
