MLP Group’s offer has for years remained the first choice for many companies seeking modern warehouse space. This is confirmed by another lease transaction in Wrocław, thanks to which the MLP Wrocław complex has been fully commercialised.
The company iLogic has joined the group of tenants at the modern MLP Wrocław centre. The company has leased over 3,400 sqm of space, of which 3,100 sqm will be used for warehouse purposes, while 300 sqm will be allocated for modern office and social areas. In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the tenant will gain full access to the facility at the beginning of 2027.
iLogic is a Polish company headquartered in Wrocław, which has been operating since 2019 as the official distributor of the Delphi Tools brand and specialises in online sales of a wide range of products, primarily tools and power tools.

One of the key selection criteria was the precisely defined location in Wrocław, indicated by the tenant at an early stage of the process. Despite the more limited availability of modern warehouse space in this area, a facility meeting the company’s operational requirements was secured. An important element of the transaction was also the developer’s flexible approach — both in terms of commercial conditions and the ability to tailor the office and social space to the tenant’s individual needs. The selected space provides iLogic with operational comfort and appropriate conditions for further business development, which was also an important factor in choosing this location – said Bartosz Wilczyński, Senior Consultant, Industrial and Logistics Agency, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
MLP Wrocław is a logistics complex with a total area of 66,228 sqm, located in the north-eastern part of Wrocław (Psie Pole district), approximately 14 km from the city centre. The park was developed on a 13-hectare plot and comprises five Class A warehouse buildings. The facility stands out for its high technical standards, modern infrastructure and sustainable building solutions. Its excellent location near the E67 national road and the S8 expressway ensures fast access to key transport routes connecting Wrocław with Warsaw and other regions of Poland and Europe.
The buildings hold prestigious BREEAM certifications, confirming the implementation of numerous environmentally friendly solutions. These include energy-efficient LED lighting, low-emission heating systems, water-saving fixtures, as well as cycling infrastructure and a car-sharing programme. The surroundings have been enhanced with flower meadows, retention ponds and insect hotels, supporting local biodiversity. Photovoltaic panels installed on the roofs of the buildings further support MLP Group’s strategy of achieving carbon neutrality.
