MLP Group has commenced the development of the new MLP Bieruń West logistics park on a speculative basis, meaning that construction has started without any pre-signed lease agreements. This reflects the investor’s strong confidence in the region’s potential and the growing demand for high-quality warehouse and light industrial space in Upper Silesia.
As part of the first phase, a modern facility offering 29,000 sqm of space is currently under construction. The general contractor for the project is BIN Biuro Inżynierskie. Construction works are scheduled for completion, with the building to be handed over to tenants in October this year

Ultimately, MLP Bieruń West will offer approximately 56,000 sqm of space within a state-of-the-art logistics park. The development will be delivered in line with MLP Group’s standards, meeting the highest technical, operational, and environmental requirements. The project will pursue BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, confirming its high energy efficiency and the implementation of sustainable solutions.
MLP Bieruń West is being developed in a prime location in Upper Silesia, directly adjacent to national road No. 44 and just 3.5 km from the planned S1 expressway junction. The proximity to Tychy and convenient access to key transport routes will ensure efficient domestic and international distribution for future tenants.
