MLP Group has handed over a site in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park to a contractor to build a warehousing facility for the MAKRO Polska chain. The preparatory works have started. Bremer has been selected as general contractor and the same company is responsible for architectural design.
The ultimate space offered by the warehouse will be 10,100 square meters. The construction works will be completed and the warehouse handed over to the lessee in Q1 2017. This facility will be equipped with the most modern technological solutions, including a CO2 refrigeration system to ensure low energy consumption and a high level of environmental protection.
