MLP Group is preparing a new logistics park in Łódź

The industrial developer is preparing to launch the construction of a new logistics park, MLP Łódź East. The complex to be built in Łódź’s Widzew district will house approx. 70 thousand sqm of modern warehousing space.

MLP Group is preparing to launch the construction of a new logistics park, MLP Łódź East. The facilities will ultimately offer approx. 70 thousand sqm of modern warehousing space and the total surface area of the park will be 15 hectares. The logistics park will feature class A buildings.

MLP Łódź East will be located in the Widzew district, only 5 km from the city center of Łódź. In the vicinity of the investment project there are bus stops, which will ensure convenient and quick public transport. The project is located approx. 4 km from the A1 motorway (Łódź East junction) and approx. 25 km from the A2 motorway (Łódź North junction).

Planning the new investment project we want to enrich our offering in this popular region and at the same time address the still increasing demand for modern warehouse facilities,” emphasized Radosław T. The Group’s real estate portfolio currently consists of four operating logistics parks located in Poland:
MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Poznań and MLP Lublin. Its fifth park, i.e. MLP Teresin is
under construction.
