MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski is a modern logistics park that, once completed, will offer approximately 56,700 sqm of warehouse space. The complex is being developed in line with the highest market standards and MLP Group’s sustainability strategy. All buildings within the project will undergo BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level, ensuring high energy efficiency and lower operating costs for tenants.
The development will incorporate advanced technological and environmental solutions, including heat pumps, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and facilities for cyclists. As a result, the park not only meets current operational needs but also aligns with long-term trends related to decarbonisation and responsible development in the logistics real estate sector.
The park is located in the western part of Gorzów Wielkopolski, approximately 9 km from the city centre, directly at the S3 expressway junction. Its proximity to the German border (53 km) and Berlin (approx. 135 km) makes it an attractive location for both domestic and international operations. The site also benefits from access to public transport, enhancing convenience for future employees.
