MLP Group has started construction of MLP Rzeszów, a new logistics park in southeastern Poland. The project is being developed on a speculative basis, reflecting the Group’s positive outlook for the region and its belief in the continued demand for high-quality logistics space.
As part of the first phase, a modern facility with a total area of 26,000 sqm is being constructed. BREMER Sp. z o.o. has been appointed as the general contractor for the project. Construction works are expected to be completed in December this year.

Upon completion, MLP Rzeszów will provide approximately 65,000 sqm of space within a modern logistics complex. The development will be delivered in line with MLP Group’s standards, meeting the highest technical, operational and environmental requirements. The project will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, confirming its high energy efficiency and the implementation of sustainable development solutions.
The park is strategically located in the Podkarpackie region, just 1.7 km from the S19 expressway interchange, 3.5 km from the A4 motorway interchange, and approximately 6 km from Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport. Its proximity to the Ukrainian border and convenient access to major transport routes will provide future tenants with efficient distribution capabilities across both domestic and international markets.
