In the MLP Bieruń park, Auto Partner will lease nearly 11.5 thousand sqm of warehouse space and 600 sqm of upgraded standard office space, earmarked for service of retail and corporate clients. Consequently, Auto Partner will increase the space occupied so far in MLP Bieruń to over 27 thousand sqm.
At the same time, Auto Partner will launch a new distribution center in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park with the area of over 7 thousand sqm, together with office space of nearly 600 sqm.

We are happy that our BTS facility offering is appreciated by the most demanding partners, which translates into fast development of the scale of our operations,” said Radosław T. Krochta, President of MLP Group’s Management Board.
“This year we intend to significantly increase our activity in the area of commercialization of the parks and will announce further agreements in the nearest future. In addition to the expansion of the existing facilities, we will launch new logistics parks in the vicinity of Wrocław and Gliwice. We should also launch a project in Łódź and another one in Silesia, in Czeladź,” added Radosław T. Krochta.
Auto Partner has been MLP Group’s client since 2014, so far leasing over 16 thousand sqm of warehouse space in the MLP Bieruń logistics park. Under its agreements, Auto Partner will lease in total over 35 thousand sqm of space in the MLP Bieruń and MLP Pruszków II logistic parks.
Auto Partner S.A. specializes in import and distribution of spare parts for passenger cars and goods vehicles. The company was established in 1993 and has since been developing dynamically. In June 2016, the company had an IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
