The MLP Group and ABM Greiffenberger have entered into an agreement to broaden the extent of their cooperation. Under the agreement, ABM Greiffenberger, a company specializing in manufacturing engines and propulsion systems, will expand its warehousing and manufacturing space leased in the MLP Lublin logistics park by 6,400 square meters. The term of all agreements entered into between the companies has been extended to 11 years.

The new contract confirms that our existing offer and the high quality of the solutions offered by MLP meet the expectations of our clients. Moreover, the duration of the contracts solidifies MLP’s market position. In turn, the steady development of all our logistics parks driven by the execution of new contracts translates into a continuous increase in the value of the MLP Group,” said Radosław T. Krochta, President of the Management Board of MLP Group S.A.
ABM Greiffenberger is a member of the Senata Group. In its plants, it annually produces some 300,000 engines. ABM Greiffenberger was the first tenant in MLP’s logistics park in Lublin to which it moved at the end of 2014.
The MLP Lublin logistics park is an expanding complex of warehouse, production and office facilities with technical infrastructure, shared areas and an internal traffic system. The target area intended for lease is approx. 55,000 square meters.
