MLP Group has handed over the construction site of the warehousing facility for Auto Partner. Bremer has been selected as general contractor. According to the schedule, the warehouse, which will be built in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park will be delivered to the lessee by the end of this year. The occupancy permit should be received and technical acceptance carried out in Q1 2017.
In the MLP Pruszków II logistics park, Auto Partner will launch a new distribution center with the area of over 7,000 square meters together with nearly 600 square meters of office space.
In addition to the facility being built in Pruszków, Auto Partner has been leasing more than 16,000 square meters of warehousing space in the MLP Bieruń logistics park. Pursuant to the agreement signed recently, Auto Partner will increase the space occupied so far in Bieruń to over 27,000 square meters.
Auto Partner S.A. specializes in imports and distribution of spare parts for passenger cars and goods vehicles. The company was established in 1993 and has since been developing dynamically. In June 2016, the company held an IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
