MCR Corporation Sp. z o.o. has signed an agreement with the MLP Group to lease more than 2,200 square meters of space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Nearly 2,100 square meters will be designated for manufacturing and warehouse purposes while another 168 square meters will be used for social and office purposes. Ultimately, this facility will be adapted to meet the requirements of this company operating in the cosmetics industry in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 22:716 standard. The new facility in the MLP Pruszków II park will be handed over to the tenant in mid-February 2018. The JLL consulting company acted as an advisor in this transaction.
MCR Corporation Sp. z o.o. is a company operating in the cosmetics industry that was formed in 2015 as a result of acquiring the Mincer Pharma brand from its original owners (historically, this brand was established in 1989). This company manufactures specialized cosmetics products to care for different types of skin with special emphasis on sensitive skin that is susceptible to irritation and allergic
reactions giving its clients the ability to care for their face, body, feet and hands. It produces highly reputable cosmetics known under the following brands, among others: Mincer Pharma, Evree, Buna, Neuronica, Solvea and Aeternum.

The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is located in the vicinity of Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków. It is situated on a 72 ha plot of land to be used for warehouse space and light manufacturing with the park’s target space coming in at 285,000 square meters. Two access roads lead to this park. One of these roads is directly connected to the recently opened ring road around the village of Moszna. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed road connections to the Warsaw city center and the main thoroughfares connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway some 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików traffic hub. There is also a Nextbike bicycle rental station in MLP Pruszków II. Employees also have convenient access as there is a bus stop located at the park. An international railway is located close to the park that offers excellent logistic conditions for domestic and international distribution.
