Leader in e-commerce logistics leases 25,200 m2 in three MLP Group logistics centres

One of the largest independent logistics operators providing modern services to retail and institutional customers, including comprehensive services for the e-commerce industry, has leased approximately 25,200 m2 of space in total from MLP Group. The modern warehouse space is located across three logistics parks. The new tenant will operate from Poznań, Gliwice and Wrocław. The facilities are built to suit and will feature functional cross-dock areas.

The first facility was handed over to the tenant in September this year, with the other two slated for handover in the third quarter of next year. Ultimately, one of the largest independent logistics operators with nationwide coverage, specialising in courier and parcel locker logistics services, will use a total of about 25,200 m2 of modern warehouse space. In each of the three parks owned by MLP Group, the tenant will be provided with approximately 8,500 m2 of usable space, including about 1,000 m2 of modern office space in each location.

All facilities will be sited in key warehouse locations in Poland, in close proximity to the country’s largest urban agglomerations. The independent logistics operator already leases space at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre in the Province of Poznań and has plans to move into the MLP Gliwice park in the Province of Katowice next year and to operate in the Province of Wrocław from MLP Wrocław West.

The facilities are built to suit the needs of the tenant. The projects will feature cross-dock areas for efficient unloading, picking and handling of courier shipments.
