Of the nearly 6,800 sqm leased by Komplex Torus at MLP Pruszków II, approximately 6,500 sqm will be used for warehousing, with the remaining space allocated to modern offices for logistics and staff facilities. Under the signed agreement, the completed facility is scheduled to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2026.
For more than 30 years, Komplex Torus has specialised in the distribution of household chemicals, cosmetics and hygiene products. The company serves more than 2,500 customers each month and offers over 10,000 products in its regular wholesale range, sourced from leading manufacturers in the household chemicals, cosmetics and hygiene sectors.
– Komplex Torus’s decision to select MLP Pruszków II confirms the attractiveness of our offer to companies with intensive logistics and distribution operations. The key factors are not only the location and high standard of the space, but also the flexibility that allows the facility to be adapted to the tenant’s specific needs and growth plans. We are pleased that another well-established company is joining MLP Pruszków II. We are confident that the conditions created here will support the continued growth of Komplex Torus – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.
– We are pleased to have supported Komplex Torus in this transaction. Our client chose MLP Pruszków II primarily because of its proximity to the A2 motorway, convenient access for employees and an offer well suited to its business needs. We secured space for Komplex Torus that fully meets its operational requirements – said Patryk Podgórski, Senior Advisor at Newmark Polska.
MLP Pruszków II is the largest logistics park in MLP Group’s portfolio. The complex is located in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków and in the immediate vicinity of the Warsaw metropolitan area. Once fully developed, it will offer approximately 427,000 sqm of modern warehouse, production and office space.
The park is being developed in line with high sustainable construction standards. Selected buildings hold BREEAM certifications, while photovoltaic systems are being installed on building roofs to support the implementation of MLP Group’s ESG strategy.
Another major advantage of MLP Pruszków II is its excellent transport accessibility. The complex is located between provincial road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików junction. Access to major road routes and international railway lines facilitates the efficient operation of domestic and international supply chains. Employee commuting is also supported by bus services and a Nextbike bicycle station.
