Investa remains at MLP Pruszków II
A leading Polish distributor of stainless steel and aluminium will continue its relationship with MLP Group and will remain at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Investa will receive over 5,500 square metres of modern warehouse and office space.

A tenant of MLP Group since 2010, Investa first leased warehouse space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics park but rapid growth prompted it to relocate its business to Pruszków II MLP in 2015. A new lease contract was signed in March 2016, under which the Group will receive approximately 5,600 square metres of space, comprising ca. 4,800 square metres of warehouse space and ca. 800 square metres of modern office and staff amenity space. The finished facility is scheduled to be delivered at the beginning of the first quarter of 2021. It will be tailored to the individual needs of the tenant in line with MLP Group’s standard practice.

Investa has been present on the Polish market for more than 30 years as a leading distributor of stainless steel and aluminium and provider of industrial services related to metals. It offers its customers laser and water jet cutting services, laser cutting of tubes and profiles, and bending.

The MLP Pruszków II project is a logistics centre that is widely popular with existing and potential tenants. It is the largest logistics centre in the region, with a target leasable area of 309,000 square metres, of which more than half are buildings already placed in service, with more facilities with a total area of approximately 40,000 square metres in a pre-construction and construction phase. The project’s greatest advantages are its excellent location and flexible approach to customer needs, – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Senior Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A.

MLP has been our business partner for years. We grow together, and every new contract confirms their flexibility, understanding of customer needs and strong business integrity. We respect and foster this relationship, – said Piotr Gregorowicz, Managing Director at Investa Sp. z o.o. Warsaw Branch.

We are very satisfied with our ten-year business relationship. Investa’s decision demonstrates our offering fully meets its expectations, not only with respect to the project itself, the technology or timeliness, but also the subsequent management phase. I am confident the good cooperation we have had on the project will make our business relationship even better in the future, – added Tomasz Pietrzak, Senior Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A.
