InPost will operate from MLP Poznań West

Logistics operator InPost has leased 8,500 square meters in MLP Poznań West. The handover of the finished cross-dock warehouse constructed on a built-to-suit basis is planned to take place in the third quarter of this year. The tenant was represented by the advisory firm Cresa. At the same time, the industrial developer is commencing the construction of small City Logistics modules on a speculative basis.

InPost signed a contract with the MLP Group to lease approx. 8,500 square meters of space in the MLP Poznań West logistics park. The handover of the finished facility for usage is planned to take place in the third quarter of this year.

InPost is the largest independent logistics operator in Poland. It renders modern services to retail and institutional clients, including comprehensive services dedicated to the e-commerce industry. It has its own technological and logistics center enabling it to conduct nationwide operations.

“There is no doubt that the convenient location of the MLP Poznań West park was a factor in InPost’s decision. Our logistics center is located near the S11 highway, A2 motorway and very close to the airport. Another strong point was that this is a BTS project that fully incorporates our client’s specific requirements. This cross-dock will make it possible to transship and repack consignments efficiently”, emphasized Jakub Kaczorek, Leasing Manager in MLP Group S.A.

“In connection with the dynamic growth of our Parcel Locker® network and courier services we made the decision to lease new space to help us handle the growing volumes of consignments distributed by InPost even more quickly. Poznań is the next step in implementing our assumptions. The new space in the MLP Poznań West park will make a major contribution to our company’s operational safety and it will enhance the efficiency of our units in the Greater Poland region. The new facility built by the MLP Group satisfies all of our requirements.
