Ingram Micro strengthens strategic cooperation with MLP Group
MLP Group has extended its cooperation with a key tenant from the new technologies sector. Ingram Micro, one of the leading global distributors of IT solutions and mobile devices, has renewed its lease at the MLP Pruszków II logistics center, covering approximately 8,200 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. The renegotiation process and conclusion of the transaction were supported by the renowned advisory firm CBRE.

The decision to extend the lease confirms the long-term cooperation between the two companies. Ingram Micro has been part of MLP Group’s tenant portfolio since 2020. Under the renewed agreement, the company will continue to occupy the entire leased area, including over 7,900 sqm designated for warehouse operations and nearly 300 sqm of office and social facilities.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics park located in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw, offering flexible space designed to meet the needs of companies operating in the logistics, distribution and e-commerce sectors. Its strategic location and high technical standard make it particularly well suited to the requirements of fast-growing, technology-driven organizations.

Ingram Micro is a global distributor providing business partners with fast and easy access to the latest technologies and innovative business solutions. The company specializes in the distribution of IT hardware and mobile devices from leading global brands, offering comprehensive support in areas such as computer networking, data centers, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, computer hardware, components, peripherals and mobile communication devices.

The extension of the lease by Ingram Micro is the best confirmation of the quality of the space we offer and our partnership-based approach to cooperation with tenants. We are pleased that a leading technology distributor continues to develop its operations at MLP Pruszków II, choosing our center as a stable operational base for the coming years,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.

The transaction is in line with MLP Group’s strategy, which focuses on building long-term relationships with tenants and delivering modern, flexible and sustainable logistics solutions for companies operating in key sectors of the economy.

“Pruszków is an attractive location for doing business, particularly for companies seeking proximity to Warsaw while at the same time optimizing costs. Its key advantages include good transport connections, lower operating costs, ongoing infrastructure development and access to a skilled labor market. It is therefore no surprise that the client decided to continue its operations at the current location and further its cooperation with MLP Group,” said Patryk Romanowski, Associate Director in the Industrial & Logistics Leasing Department at CBRE.

MLP Pruszków II is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a target gross leasable area (GLA) of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification and, in line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic panels are being installed on the rooftops.

The park offers excellent transport accessibility. It is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, just 3 km from the Pruszków–Żbików junction. International railway lines run nearby, providing favorable conditions for both domestic and international logistics operations. Additional amenities include an on-site bus stop and a self-service Nextbike bicycle station.
