Drogowe sp. z o.o. has signed a contract with MLP Group to lease nearly 1,500 square meters of warehouse space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. 1,400 square meters out of this space are warehouses and the remaining 100 square meters are slated for social and office purposes. The space has already been handed over to the tenant. Agency Savills advised on this transaction.
Drogowe specializes in import and distribution of road accessories, such as: traffic cones, chains, stands, posts, barriers etc. The leased space will be used for warehousing and storing products.
The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is situated in the vicinity of Warsaw in the municipality of Brwinów, some 5 km from Pruszków. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport routes to the center of Warsaw and the main motorways connecting the capital to other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, some 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików entrance and exit ramp. International rail lines run close to the park, thereby supporting logistics for domestic and international distribution.
