Igepa becomes new tenant at MLP Pruszków II

Igepa, a distributor of printing, office and visual advertising materials, has leased over 5,000 m2 of modern space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Once finished, the facility will be handed over to Igepa in February next year. The transaction was completed through the agency of Cresa Polska, a real estate advisory firm.

Igepa has signed up to a lease from MLP Group of 5,060 m2 at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park, including 4,860 m2 of warehouse space and 200 m2 of social amenity and office space. Once completed, the facility will be handed over to the tenant in February 2020. The transaction was completed through the advisory firm Cresa Polska.
