Attractive location, modern infrastructure and the dynamic development of the MLP Pruszków II complex continue to attract companies from a wide range of sectors. IF&B Mille Sapori, a renowned importer and distributor of high-quality Italian food products in Poland, has joined the group of tenants. The leasing process was supported by Coldwell Banker Commercial.

IF&B Mille Sapori has leased 4,118 sqm of modern warehouse space in a building currently under development, with completion scheduled for October this year. The leased premises will include dedicated cold storage and freezer rooms designed for products requiring controlled temperatures. The company will also have access to 172 sqm of office and social space, designed with a focus on functionality and user comfort. In line with the schedule, the tenant will be granted early access to the facility in September, with full handover planned for the end of October.

IF&B Mille Sapori is one of the leading importers and distributors of Italian food products in Poland, primarily serving the HoReCa sector. The company offers a wide range of products, including cheeses, cold cuts, pasta and olive oils, providing comprehensive supply solutions for restaurants and the broader foodservice industry.

– We are grateful to IF&B Mille Sapori for the trust they have placed in us and for the joint effort invested in this project. It is a demanding undertaking, both technologically and in terms of timing, but thanks to the commitment and professionalism of all parties involved, the technical details were efficiently agreed and the negotiations were conducted in a positive atmosphere. This bodes very well for the long-term cooperation with MLP Group that IF&B Mille Sapori has chosen,- said Tomasz Rąba, Director, Head of Industrial & Logistics at Coldwell Banker Commercial.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków and in close proximity to Warsaw. The target leasable area of the complex will reach 427,000 sqm, making it the largest warehouse park in the region. The development is being carried out in line with the highest standards of sustainable construction. Selected buildings are BREEAM-certified, and rooftop photovoltaic systems are being installed in line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy.

A key advantage of the park is its excellent connectivity. The complex is situated between local road no. 760 and the A2 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików interchange. The proximity of international railway lines supports efficient distribution both domestically and internationally. In addition, the site features a bus stop and a Nextbike station, enhancing commuting convenience for employees.
